Loop quantum gravity is a quantum theory of spacetime and gravitation only. It is a fairly direct application of quantum principles to spacetime and does not describe any other quantum fields. Therefore, there are a lot of phenomena that it says nothing about. (This list is also mostly from Carlo Rovelli's 1998 review of loop quantum gravity.)
